    Receiving your Country's highest honor ...

    Would it mean more to you if it was awarded by Reagan as opposed to Biden ?
    If you had your choice of Presidents to receive it from - which one would it be
    Lincoln, Ike, Obama or ... ?

              Reagan, Trump, would been nice for TR to award it.

              Given the most recent recipients, does not mean much to me. [aka: everyone gets an award]
