Does anybody here remember Brenda Lee?

She was a teen aged singer that had lots of hit songs back in the early 1960s. I?m Sorry, Rocking Around the Christmas Tree, etc.

She also had a song about Cherry Pie. The lyrics included, Cherry pie, cherry pie, ah so sweet?

We enjoyed the song when we were in high school and I have friends that also remember the song. It has been erased. No mention of it in Brendas song lists.

The progressives are blacking out history and, I guess this song is banned, along with the destruction of statues of other problematic Democrats.

Oh yeah I remember "Little Miss Dynamite." I'm really showing my age now. She's a member of both the Rock n Roll and Country Music Halls of fame. Other big hits include "I'm Sorry," "Sweet Nothin's" and "Fool #1." One of my favorite old school country songs is her "Big Four Poster Bed."

she's been married to the same man for over 60 years which counts for something with me.

I understand she still performs on the "Oldies" and "Gospel" circuits.
