OK I said this before..for all it's negatives stated, the DM provides the latest US news that's happened several hours before the US news sites pick up and provide that exact same news! I don't read anything but that and it gives me a heads up on what's happening before you read it from the major US news! Probably because of the time difference!

In all fairness I've noticed that too. Often, some news will be reported by DM a half day to a whole day sooner than the news agencies here. They use many more pictures and have an interesting format, layout. They aren't perfect with grammar, spelling and small facts but who is these days?

Overall they seem to have accuracy and no deliberate lies like a bunch of them here. The DM is part of my everyday viewing but not my only site.

While on this particular subject I like to read the UK version of the DM to see how the viewers comment on their own Harry and Meghan. Some, over there, like them. Most seem to think they are destroying the British monarchy.

I know, who cares, what does it matter to us? But our national news, even the real actual news, isn't very interesting or entertaining these days.
