Sixteen of our congressional members were protesting and arrested

I remember one time the democrats all left the country or made themselves non locatable, so a quorum couldn't be met to vote on a bill they didn't want passed!

AOC is among Democrat members of Congress including fellow Squad members ARRESTED outside the Supreme Court during Roe v. Wade protest (and pretends like she is in cuffs)

Ocasio-Cortez was seen walking escorted away by police with her hands crossed behind her back, as if she were in handcuffs, but she was not

Others arrested include Reps. Ilhan Omar, Ayanna Pressley, Cori Bush, Bonnie Watson Coleman and Katherine Clark

A total of 34 arrests - 16 of them members of Congress - were made at the demonstration Tuesday, according to Capitol Police

Those are 16 of togor's congressional members.

I wonder if they are going to make a 2 year long ordeal out of it now like the Jan 6th protest? Nah, probably not another word.

4/5 Allens because he doesn't know how Congressional representation works.

But let's give Allen points for playing such a short hand with such a gusto. You go, Allen!

I'm sure the punishment will be extremely harsh.
Oh, I was thinking they were Republicans. Sorry, my mistake.

Did they attempt to overturn an election based on lies and temper tantrums or engage in a protected right?

Yes!!! For four fooking years they tried to overthrow the 2016 election with the absolute made up lies of Russian gate.

Lie some more, you and your 2 buddies that believe every single one of the millions of total BS lies you swallowed hook, line, and sinker. You disgust me.

Just my freedom of speech opinion.

Red, I hope you're boiling over with anger...and the cops take more of your guns.

It's not unheard of for a cop to ask someone to put their arms behind their back. It's on the honor system. Only with fairly safe individuals (Ive never seen it but know of one case). But maybe AOC was pantomiming a little for the cameras.

Invisible handcuffs, being put into an invisible patrol car, going to invisible jail. They took the invisible handcuffs off long enough for her to give the clinched fist salute to the crowd. As with everything else she does, it is about the drama rather than accomplishing anything.

Considering the crowd they should have all been tazed first.

Who said she was handcuffed? Did she make the statement?

From what I can tell, the incels thought this one up.

Harder for police to claim resistance if someone is walking like that too.

When a policeman escorts her by holding her by the arm does she usually cross her hands behind her back? Give us the dim perspective on why she did it.
