The woke director has fired it's Prima Donna, Anna Netrebko,
because she failed to condemn Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
She is Russian and her family lives there.
She is a beauty with a beautiful voice and is the only Diva at
the Met who can fill the House. Several other Russian singers
have also been fired - as well as some time ago, the Conductor
Levine and the Divo Domingo, and even earlier Maria Callas.
Wokeism is a killer and like the Ouroboros snake one of the

But if your antenna are so tuned into cancel culture, then when people say Ukraine is "not a country", aren't they in fact "cancelling Ukraine"? And isn't doing it with bombs, rockets, killing civilians, destroying property, a helluva lot worse than dropping someone's contract for the coming season?
