Is that suppose to be good or bad? January 2021 it was $2.39 average.

That should get the dubious achievement award.

His trend is to keep complaining about a global fuel shortage on a national level.

You can't put Trend Lines in your gas tank.
If you could, gas would be a lot cheaper than it really is.

The trend is for falling prices. You're truly indifferent to this?

It indicates $4.09. I just paid a nickel below $5.00
When my gas gets to $4.09 you and your chart will be proved correct -
hopefully before I end up in the poor house.

It's a national average. Cali prices are higher. But there's a good chance the price will be less in 2 weeks.

                Who wants high gas prices?

                1) EV makers
                2) People in the oil biz
                3) Political types who think high prices are good for their side
                4) ???

It is all a scam. Completely run by whoever pulls the puppet strings and dictates this administration. The price will continue to decline until Nov 9th and magically be $6.88/gallon.

Shortly thereafter, combustion engines will become illegal. So if you cannot afford a EV you cannot drive to work. You will be relegated to living off your snap card. A total reliance on the good will of a tyrannical government.

The utopian goal of the progressives .

Price of gas here has reached $3.99 per gallon! That is good! BUT, the price will increase within a few months and up to $6 per gallon! It's just a ploy by the scared democrats to influence the Nov. election.

Because of all prices rising people are swiching from steak to pork and cutting cost wherever possible. People are not buying new houses and cars as they were.

People have stopped most of the joy riding, driving their RV's and boats due to the cost of gas. They use their money now for food and rent.

Of course the price of gas is going down. It's a supply and demand situation as always.

The prices on houses is coming down too, it's not because people don't want them--they simply can't afford them so the supply market is starting to flood.

Defaults are rising on new auto loans and people are maxing out their CC's too, in part to pay for the high price of gasoline.

Who said anything about a global fuel shortage? The most critical shortage we have now is leadership in the White House.
