The Constitution is on oxygen and in Intensive Care ...

The First Amendment has been shredded, so too has the fourth
    and Fifth.
The Second became under constant and unremitting attack within
seconds of it's ratification and will continue to be because it's the
only Right than can defend itself by way of those of us who have
taken it's wording seriously. Those of us, namely democrats, who
would like to control the rest of us, cannot until the right to bear
arms has been nullified. And that ain't gonna happen, but it's going
to be difficult without us having the Rights that have already been
    nullified.

Your first amendment rights seem as sturdy as ever.

There are a bunch of women out there who feel like they got their 4th Amendment shaved by radicals, if that's what you mean.

As for Trump, if the search happened, and a judge signed off on it, then don't be so quick to say it wasn't for cause.

Really? Ever try to post your opinion in a public media and have it removed/deleted? If a person's opinion go against the prevailing democrat view, then WHOOSH, it's gone!

As for the raid on Trump's home, they better have some REAL evidence gathered from there or there will be HELL to pay! Another stupid move the democrats did and they will pay in November!

If any of us were sitting on boxes of classified government records, and the government wanted them back, and we told the government where they can stick their request,

        what would happen?

It's so plainly obvious that the only plausible explanation is that Trump did this deliberately, so he could play the martyr card.

He's seen litigation with the Justice Dept. his entire life. As a youth, father Fred was embroiled with the DOJ because he refused to rent to blacks. Then the Roy Cohn years.

This kind of litigation is to Trump what swimming is to a duck. Don't be suckered into believing some great injustice is being committed here.

No love lost with Clinton, but it's really ironic that the laws put in place after 2 years of her face in front of the Republican hearings...are now the same violations that may be under review with Trump.

As Antonin Scalia said, the U.S.S.R has a much better Bill of Rights than the U.S., but with only one party it is useless.

As to the comparison between Clinton and Trump, Clinton destroyed evidence and nothing was ever done. The records at Trumps Florida home had been examined back in June, and he was advised to put a lock on the room where they were stored. The lock was then broken by the FBI in their raid. If there had been any actual interest in the records a court order would have sufficed.

Pack it up boys, the internet will take it from here.

Amazing he's committed so many potential crimes, you can't guess at which one this is?

The FBI may have committed a potential crime by planting fake evidence in the papers taken from Trump's home. They wouldn't let Trump's lawyers in to observe, so the potential is certainly there.
