to secure a second term as President, I would certainly expect him
to seek retribution for his six years of anguish dumped on him by
the corrupt denizens in DC.
Those same corrupt persecutors know this will be coming if he does
get his second chance at rooting them out of their rat nests, so all
bets are off - they have to stop him by any means, fair or foul,
No doubt they'll be foul like this latest abomination of a raid.
But that raid will increase his following.

I'm not generally a "Trump plays 5-D chess" guy but this one feels to me like he wanted this confrontation with DOJ for just this outcome. Otherwise it's a bunch of boxes of papers we're not supposed to see, sitting in a Mar-a-Lago basement. What's the point of that?

Interesting take. Told some friends if Obama had taken a breath and laid low after '16 Trump would have self destructed; instead they went baying after him like a pack of hounds.
