    The Constitution says

    Quote, Whenever any form of government becomes destructive, it is the right and duty of the people to alter or abolish it and to institute a new government, unquote.
    I think that will happen if and when the next 2 elections are proven fraudulent and illegitiment!

    You're paraphrasing the Declaration of Independence, not the Constitution.

      The last election and possibly obama's 2nd term (at least) were no doubt illegitimate but hard to prove due to the judges, politicians and media all being a part of it.

        That's not the Constitution. That's the Declaration of Independence.

          True, but like the constitution isn't it a legal document, rights, the very basis of our government, laws to be enforced/abided by?

            That's never been ruled on. It is clearly a legal document as far as our independence is concerned, but it doesn't really say how we are to be governed.
