Biden is a modern day Nero - only far worse ...

Nero deliberately set fire to an entire Roman district.
That is true. What may be true is that he "fiddled" while watching
the flames demolish homes and business.
The reason he fired the area was to clear it so that he could build
his Grotesque Palace. The Coliseum stands where part of it was.
Biden is doing much the same. He has fired the Cities run by his
cronies by encouraging lawlessness. Those Cities are no longer
civilized. Illegals from who knows where are pouring unchecked
across our borders bringing disease and killer drugs. He has printed
untold billions of dollars which has driven up gas and food costs, rent
and made house ownership impossible for working class citizens.
The question of who was or is the more destructive. I'd say Biden.

Given that the population of Rome was less than a million in Nero's time, and that of the US is over 300 million, of course he's more destructive. But Nero had the courtesy to commit suicide.

Luckily Biden is no gentleman, else we'd just exchange one disaster for another, possibly even worse.
