Treason is only a crime when we are at war. Most people believe the Rosenbergs were executed for treason but they were convicted of spying. We need to have a law against violating the Constitution that includes the death penalty. Politicizing the FBI, the IRS, the CIA, etc. should be a serious crime.

The entire Obama Cabinet administrators should have Grand Jurys and Special Investigators conducting raids on their homes and offices.
