Just viewed a news vidio of Nancy answering a question. As the reporter was asking, Nancy was shown to move her mouth, lips and tongue all over her face! Why? Because excessive wine drinking causes dry mouth! She was obviously drunk! Like Papa like Nancy!

Could be, but I'd opt more for her having a medical condition of some sort.
Her speech pattern is weird and she's always gesticulating as she speaks.
