As far as lift-off delays go it's better they are finding and fixing fuel leaks now rather than later. We've all seen what happens when fuel leaks after launching.

More moon visits? I guess we're still trying to prove we actually went there in 1969. Some think it was staged. Also, I guess, we're trying to stay ahead of China. They would love nothing more than to build a missile base there with little gravity for take-off.
