My father-in-law lives in Duarte, CA. AC shut down, water usage very limited, crime every where, gas still at $5+, huge increase in groceries and other 'services' and on and on! His last electric bill was $390, just for electricity, not NG. Ain't nobody moving to CA, Even the governor's in laws moved out!
