Putin has already emptied his prisons for those men to fight, now this. I can see where this won't make for very good soldiers considering the ones already in service aren't doing such a hot job.

He is also short on supplies and wanting to buy missiles and whatnot from NK.

Maybe he's reverting back to WWII methods with sheer numbers and giving every 5th soldier a bolt action rifle and stripper clip with 5 rds of ammo.

Before this gets fully underway I can see numerous plots to take Putin out.
