he's going to run again ? He's not, but he can't say that
without immediately becoming a lame duck. He might be
stupid but it seems at least one person in his administration
has a rudimentary knowledge of politics. If he were to declare
his non candidacy he would become an instant non-entity.
Even more so than he already is.
