Died last month and no time to take him off the ballot. THAT I can understand. However, the voters knew and still voted for him. They elected Fedderman knowing he is brain damaged and cannot carry on the simplest of conversations (just like biden) and now they elect a dead person.

I can understand the dems not wanting a Republican but they should have held a special election for that position since the name could not be removed.
