This card you speak of, are you talking about your medicare "rider" or "supplement" that you purchase to reduce what Medicare covers?

Thanks. No need in it now but I've saved the site for future use.

I have had some good results with Good RX. I still do not understand exactly what it is or how it works. Every time I get a a new script i check 2 or 3 pharmacies sometimes I get a nice surprise and it works? but not always. I think that a lot depends on the pharmacist and some do not want to jump through the extra work it takes to check if the drug is one Good RX supports.

I get all my meds and healthcare thru the VA! Before I was getting the screw from hospital and their in house doctors that herded clients thru like cattle.

The VA charged me $24 for a over the counter med called Chewable Acidophilus ($8X3MO). The local Neighborhood Market had 2, 100 count bottles for $14. I found out that I could get 3 of my other meds for no charge using my Medical Advantage plan for no, zero, charge while the VA was charging $8/month for the same thing.

Being retired from the Army, I'm on Tricare, the military medical care system. This pays for everything (and we get a good break on drugs, too) and no premiums -- it's already paid for through service.
