Well, actually, I wouldn't know as I've never lived near a Hooters.
But I do have a Hooters coffee mug. I'll have to make do with that.

I dine at the one near the hotel I stay at when I set up at the Nations Gun Show,

we call it the Diversity Hooters, cause of the mixed nationality of the wait staff and bartenders, ,

not just every color, but about every shape and size,

food is OK,, Guinness on tap,

walked out last time, bar was full, 8 tables in that area that were empty, (they don;t do reseverations) and the young woman that was to seat us said at least a 10 minute wait,
when I asked if it was going to be a 10 minute wait for those empty tables, she said yes, at least,

so we did a 3 minute walk over to a Tex Mex, Peruvian, South American place and ate, walked in , sat down, Cold Negra Modelo on the table before the hooters 10 min wait was up

Most will probably wait in order to view the scenery so the girls can call their own shots and be in no hurry I guess.
