    Biden

How long do we have to endure Half-Wit Joe? Will things change when Repubs take office in January?

What's protecting joe is harris. As mentioned before, if biden is impeached we end up with her. We would go from half-wit to no-wit.

The next 2 years should be a dame duck session for things he has to pass thru the house. Of course the senate is still trashed though.

At least if we get rid of Biden and Harris, we don't have to take Nancy for President!

That is the best part. We'll end up with McCarthy or whoever takes her place.

Problem is harris would have to be impeached at the same time as biden. Something could always go wrong and we would end up with her and we don't want that even for one day.

We can impeach, but we can't convict -- the Democrats control the senate.

Yep, forgot about that. I'm still thinking pre-midterm election times.

No point in impeaching him -- win the next election and prosecute him and his drug-soaked son.

                  And that's a 50-50 proposition at best.

Our Nation is going to get a lot worse in the next 2 years! As Biden is 'commander in chief', why not try him in a military court for treason?

First of all, he hasn't committed treason:

                      United States Constitution, Article III:

                      Section. 3.
Clause 1: Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
Second, he isn't subject to Military Law -- see Article 2 of the UCMJ.

Treason can only be charged during a declared war. A lot of people think the Rosenbergs were executed for treason but they were convicted of spying for the Russians.

I don't hold out much hope for anything to change.
The Republicans will squabble among themselves as usual,
and the Democrats will continue to lie cheat and steal.
If the Republicans press charges against Hunter, the Dems
will drag out the process until everyone loses interest.

Well, I guess we are stuck then! Impeachment and Article 25 are useless!

Enough on his son's laptop to do just that.

In our system of the two-tiered justice system, I doubt if anything will be done. I don't think we can even count on our old bureaucratic Republicans to help. Just a thought why did Mitch fund the Senators from Alaska for 9 million? She was running against another republican. For that money he could have picked up three seats in the Senate and the Democrats would have been in the minority.
