Zelensky Accused of Censorship Over Ukraine Media Law

Generally doesn't seem much difference then the US did during WWII

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has been accused of media censorship after passing a new law on Thursday that could allow his government to block news websites.

On Thursday, the president passed the bill that expands the government's regulatory power over news media. The 279-page legislation was passed by Ukraine's parliament in December.

It might be that the media is giving out too much information to the enemy, just like the big mouths that we have. Sometimes it's best to be quiet.

At first it sounds like communism at it's worse but considering what they are going through and how desperate Putin is there's probably a good reason for it. I would think with all the bombings, power outages, homeless/living in shelters and other war torn ways of lives that word of mouth is their best connection on news.

Does that surprise anyone considering Ukraine is a dictatorship?
