    What's Happening in Ukraine?

    Since Zewlinskii banned ALL news media in regards to their battle with Russia, there has not been much 'news" leaking out!
    After all, after his visit here and promise on more billions in cash and armaments, he has gained full control both in Ukraine and here with Biden! Isn't a a dictatorship wonderful? Hitler would be proud!

          While that may be true in some wars past; news out of Ukraine never divulged Ukraine's strategy or tactics to Russia!

              Are you sure because I read about it in the news as to what side is planning and doing! It's hard to keep secrets in war time especially with reporters around!

                  Thomas, me lad, you're letting your bias color your thinking. There have been plenty of cases of the news media publishing things that ought to have been kept secret.

                      Remember the nightly news reports during Desert Storm?

                      SNL as liberal as they are, brought up the fact that they were telling the enemy all they needed to know. They did a skit telling where they would be and attack the next day using maps just like the news reports showed. How many would be in the barracks sleeping if someone decided to bomb them, how much ammo they had in stock and where it was all stored, the capabilities of our technology, etc, etc.

                          I regress my prior thoughts. When I was in 'Nam,66-67, the VC and NVA knew where the next fight would be and prepared for it! Every officer from 2nd louie on up scrambled to get 'combat' on their records and promotions were a dime a dozen.
