More Wind Farms are being planned

Federal government announced plans to build new wind farms on federal land. Areas where they are planed to build are leased by farmers and cattle ranchers who oppose them! According to Biden's green team this will reduce use of fossil fuels!
Did you know, it takes 8 55 gallon drums of oil per each windmill per month? A lot of that oil leaks into the land! So much for reducing fossil fuel use!
Also, some present wind farms send their electricity to California?

I have no experience with them but have heard they make a lot of noise too. We don't have to worry about them here due to all the hurricanes.

one of my customers is a project manager of some type for a big wind farm going up off the shores of VA, not sure how far out in the ocean it will be, but they are doing fishery studies etc etc
