I saw that and had to wonder why the police wanted to question the shooter? The film tells it all. Are they going to try to make the shooter the villain and be charged with murder?

If they just want some additional info they could just question the other dude at the table or the restaurant owner.

How dare he shoot a criminal.
Doesn't he know criminals are a protected species.
You don't take the law into your own hands, not in a police state.

The man who killed the criminal is blameless under the law. If however he has a felony record, his possession and use of a firearm will bring a lot of grief down on him. Sincerely. bruce.

Graphic video footage captured the moment a robber with a plastic gun was fatally shot by a customer at a taqueria in Houston.

In another vid the shooter picks up the robbers gun and discovers its plastic and throws it against the wall.
It won't take anytime at all to find him. I would contribute to his expense's.

Shot him nine times - eight in back, once in head.
Seems a bit excessive, but I wasn't there.

Well, its a legally justifiable shooting in Texas, assuming the facts presented are what happened and there is no reason to assume they aren't. The cops have to talk to him to clear the case though. There is a good chance it will be referred to a Grand Jury "without charges" meaning the Grand Jury will be told what happened and then asked if they think charges are appropriate which in cases like this, still, despite the number of leftie DAs in Harris County almost inevitably results in a "No True Bill" and the shooter has no legal or civil liability at that point.

On the news this morning from Louisianna, a woman shot and killed a man breaking into her home. She said she was protecting her kids and self. HURRAH, another P.O.S. gone and won't be released next day!

The hero customer who shot and killed an armed robber at a Houston taco joint last week has been ordered to face a grand jury by District Attorney Kim Ogg, the Soros-funded

Taco shop shooter being questioned by police.

Luckily for these shooters they don't live in California.
Shooting California criminals is a crime.
