I can't see any way that they can ever recover all the bodies under the debris. Rope the area off and put up some monuments. Move up wind a few miles and start completely over.
Will they find all of the dead?

Right you are.
I've lived through many hurricanes. Besides the deaths, destroying of homes, roads and bridges, they can change the contour of the coastlines, cut islands in half, remove them, or form new ones. Hurricanes can also push tidal surges like tsunami's and spawn off hundreds of tornado's. They can and do take complete towns, cities and residential areas completely off the map.
Where I live it's like Russian roulette. They hit every year. Where, nobody knows till they hit but someone is going to "get it" somewhere along the Gulf Coast. Most years it's mild with just damaging winds and flooding. Some years it's not and the affect may last many years. Some damage last forever.
Hail, tornado's, earthquakes, any type bad storms can occur anywhere, any time but we are guaranteed hurricanes every year.Comment
