Every month, the dictator gets multiple millions of dollars from Biden.

Mean while, the town of East Palestine gets nothing!

It's the cost to save a country from a forced take over by Russia!

I guess you just don't feel that the US should be helping to defend Ukraine from Russia!

I understand most of the aid is in the form of ammunition (artillery ammunition) and engineering equipment, especially bridging equipment.

Frankly, if this damages old Vlad and hopefully forces him out it would be worth it on that basis alone.

No US troops have been committed and as long as that continues I'm good with the program. I just wish a lot of this stuff had been committed in the beginning. If it had we might be sending less now. There was a WWI French general (George Nivelle I believe) who was said to be "lavish with steel, stingy with blood." As long as we have that attitude I think we're on the right path.

I know where you're coming from Tom and agree but our country, our economy, our borders would be neglected regardless. Just glad and hopeful that what we are sending Zelensky is ammo and other supplies instead of money.

Oh absolutely, we shouldn't give this guy a dollar in cash. In fact, after this mess is over we should carefully audit any future aid, but I doubt we will.

Ukraine pilots are training right now to fly F-16 fighter planes. That's a BIG clue on what WE will be sending the dictator next! This will be a huge investment plus lowering our defences here. Russia will retaliate against this making the war for volitent. Those planes will be shot down! Biden was so against the Afgan war that he caused 13 deaths of U.S. troops and billions of lost equipment. All for a comedian in Ukraine. As a surviver of the corrupt Nam war, I have seen the futility of war controlled by politians who made money by causing 50K+ deaths of our troops.

Major Tom I think you're singing the same old song over and over! I get it and I think every one else gets it, you don't want the US to help Ukraine in their fight to save their country from the Russians! And to use the money the US is providing to Ukraine for the needs of our country because you're afraid of pushing Russia to far which is a reasonable thought!

Better to send equipment and let the Ukrainians fight the Russians than to send NATO troops and have them die fighting the Russians. And yes, that is cynical and self-serving but I can live with the accusations.

I fought communists in Viet Nam, and anyone else who wants to fight them is my friend! Especially if it brings down the current Russian power structure.
