The indictment of former President Donald Trump

    Former President Donald Trump'inpeachment

It appaers to me to be just a political move to elimate Trump

It appears , at least to me, the indictment was purchased by notorious left-wing billionaire George Soros, who hates Trump and spent $1 million to elect Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.

There is no evidence of a crime being committed in the Stormy Daniels affair; even if there were, the statute of limitations on the supposed charge has expired, and the state cannot evade it by inventing a federal crime.

We willjust have to see if the oher counts the government have are valid enough for an impeachment, In any case it seems to be politicts only to me

It appears to me that you are correct.

There are 30 other so called business practice laws he supposively violated but all you will hear about is the Stormy Daniels affair because the democrats believe this belittles Trump the most.

It is more than that. When Trump was President he could have pardoned himself and any of his offspring for anything they did previous to his Presidency. Do you think in a New York second Biden is not going to pardon himself and a couple of thousand other felons.

Human garbage and debris are about to start a MAD war.

I'd say the Stormy thing is just grocery store rag.Great cheek bones, nice chin. She's still a slut. Who cares? Even when I was a kid and did something bad I was given a lecture and forgiven. Yeah, it's sleezy, but it's not the end of the world.
Remember, witch trials are not looked upon well these days, but armies of lawyers don't tire.
I don't think in this country you get to pardon yourself and family that easily.
NY minute. Biden might push the button and pardon a couple thousand felons, but not Trump.
But, after all this, can you picture Trump running again? He might actually do it. That would be brave but I don't see it being pretty. Trump can be white knuckle on t.v.

Desantis takes on Disney. He's taking on a Kingdom, he might want to be careful. [Dude]You got bigger fish to fry(from Volunteers-a Tom Hanks movie). You hurt the one's you love. I'm sure Dis is left and liberal, but they did ban political t-shirts, ect. It's a business. It's not bitcoin. They were there first. No room for more tourists or old folks? Tough. Some things need left alone. At least til after the election. Don't be Kari Lake.

Journalism 101: never type ect, ect... It's redundant. ect means on and on. ect, ect, is just untrained repetition. Is Soros acutally real? Whoo!

The Dems got rid of the fillibuster in all Presidential appointments except the Supreme Court. The turtle (Mitch McConnell) told Harry Reid after that decision he would regret it and he did to the tune of three Trump appointees on the Supreme Court.

Now the Dems have opened up the door for state prosecutors to go after former presidents for any little rinky dink transgression they can think up. Will there be retribution on the other end...I figure that's the way to bet. Don't be surprised to see some Red State local prosecutor go after Biden or his minions later.

The descent into bannana republic politics continues.....

Bananas we got. It would be a good opportunity to stop. Leave it right there. Move on to more productive times.

Dems figure Trump would be easier to beat that Desantis so this will ensure he gets the nomination. What goes around will come around, probably on Biden. Saw 70%+ of independents consider this to be a political prosecution. Dumb move.

Yes, it's politically motivated, Trump is a threat to them, they'll do anything to neutralize them. As the saying goes, a prosecutor can indict a ham sandwich, NYC is a bastion of liberalism, can't keep the streets or subways or store owners safe but we can go after the Donald. And in their thinking an indictment is proof of guilt, a trial is a mere formality.

It strikes me that this indictment is in itself a political crime -- abuse of power, interfering with the election process, and so on.

I guess if you focus enough on any politician, or for that matter almost anyone, and have enough money or power and go back far enough in time, you would probably find something to pin on them!

There is an old saying in law enforcement, "Give me the name and I will find the crime."

That applies to Soros who hates Trump and spent $1 million to elect Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg who it also applies to! Reminds me of the biblical story.. He who is with out sin!

Yes, that applies but the way the judges and courts are now only Republicans and other conservatives can or will be arrested.
