The article states that over 80 percent of the firearm deaths were in males 19 and younger but what the article doesn't explain is that the majority of these deaths happened in the black and Hispanic populations due to gang related shootings or criminal activity!

And probably had stolen guns or were underage to buy a gun which would make them criminals and not law abiding citizens who don't normally go around shooting each other.
