If Trump can run, can Avenati ? ...

So, Trump is on trial and Avenati is already behind bars.
If, as they say, were Trump put in Jail, he could still run,
then why not the guy who was convicted of extorting
Nike and swindling Stormy Daniels out of her money ?
After all, Avenati was the left's choice for Presidential
candidate, so as he's now a convicted Felon, that would
make him the perfect choice for them especially as they
no longer try to hide their criminal tendencies.

Well you'd have to have a criminal trial & get a conviction first.

At some point the Supremes will have to define 'insurrection'. Then the 'Rats will kill him.

I may be wrong but I think Trump and some of his family still get SS protection.

Considering who they've protected in the past they are 2nd to none in protection.

Almost certain. That's why everything was sealed away for 75 years in secrecy. Everyone involved in that era would be dead before the files were opened.

Strange how that should have raised countless red flags but not much was said about it.

Well, he and his brothers screwed all they could.

JFK's father betrayed the mob. I feel there was revenge there. This isn't the political forum so I won't go into his politics.

Trump and his wife are entitled to Secret Service 24/7 Protection for the rest of their lives. That could cause some interesting problems should he be convicted.

Since he is entitled by law to armed body guards, and since no firearms are permitted within the walls of a prison, what's a warden to do?? Build a small separate wing with its own entrance just for "The Donald" and his security at Levinworth or a state lock up in Georgia or New York? Place him under long term house arrest and ankle monitor him during his period of incarceration? Nobody thinks about that stuff now but they are going to have to if he's convicted and sentenced to jail time.

I suspect some of that will be moot because I can't believe he'd be locked up pending appeal, (though I could be wrong) and the appeals could go on for years. During that time he could, if elected President again, pardon himself for the Florida and D.C. Federal cases. The NY and Georgia State cases are a different story of course.
