    Fears of Ukraine graft grow as US tries to tackle corruption with new aid package

    Ukrainian President Zelenskyy has announced several anti-corruption initiatives in recent weeks

    According to a report from the New York Times on Monday, U.S. National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan recently met with three high-ranking Ukrainian officials to discuss the country's efforts to root out wartime corruption. Zelenskyy has responded to the pressure with several anti-corruption initiatives, including a controversial proposal to use his martial law powers to punish corruption as treason.

      Treating corruption as treason in time of war is not unprecedented.

      When it comes to corruption I suppose its comforting to know that Russian corruption is even greater and has had a crippling effect on the Russian war effort. If Russian corruption was less rampant they might have already won the war.

                  That's how you win the election. I guess you could call it cheating, but it's just being better. Oh, we would never cheat (all sixty million of us), they are the cheaters. Per the press. But I get it. Ukraine might actually be trying to be more..us? Russia is still doing that Russian thing. I believe Zel is an honest man. I think he is a real hero. People hate jews because they are smarter than they are. Well, that's just too damn bad.
