    Peanut Butter

It has been years since I have eaten peanut butter. At Walmart I saw a tub full of 18 ounce crunchy peanut butter for sale at $.99. I picked one up and on the label there was a warning.

    CONTAINS PEANUTS

I put it back in the tub. Why in Hell would anybody buy peanut butter that has peanuts in it?

Sit tight, the price might go down. California is Karen, they have to tell you everything is dangerous, But the post sounds Chinese. Contains peanuts. It has that Chinese sound (I'm fairly good at deciphering out of country, short blurted). Walmart sells some food that I would feed the pigs with. You can go too cheap. If they are selling it by the tub somethings wrong. Kind of like those tables at Walmart with 1,000 pairs of "basketball" shoes on them. Don't ban oil, ban Chinese. Oil doesn't kill people. It did drown some mastodons.

I think that the warning is for legal protection. Sure as shooting, without it, someone will get an allergic reaction and then get some blood-sucking lawyer to sue the provider for not posting a warning. Reminds me of the woman who sued McDonalds when her coffee spilled on her. She and her lawyer argued that McDs was negligent for not posting a warning that coffee was hot. As I recall, she got about $2M and nobody could figure out why McDs didn't fight it.

Seems to me that there is a line in one of Shakespeare's plays along the lines of "First, we kill all the lawyers" and that was 400 years ago
