The claims could not independently be verified and are vastly different from what Russia has reported.

Looks like it was true. There was a high level meeting near Sevastopol attended by several officers for planning strategy. Ukraine intelligence got wind of it and had observers on hand to call in missiles when the meeting started. *poof!* Killed the lot of them! Huge blow against Russian military! SW

I saw a video where the building was attacked and there were at least 3 missiles and huge explosions. Lots of somebodies died.
