He almost toppled over again, he walks like someone
in a trance and has trouble completing a sentence.
It could be merely old age although I'm older than he is
and I don't have those troubles. Some people grow older
quicker than others of course, but I suspect Biden's
handlers have him on some kind of drug that keeps him
barely functional but Zombie like.

Probaly should have put this on political site. Oh well.
