    Outsmarting themselves

    Assume the Dems succeed in keeping Trump off of the ballot in some states.

    Those are states which are likely to vote for Biden anyhow. So who are Republicans going to vote for? RFK jr.

    I think if it came to this the supreme court would step in.

    This would be a federal election. The outcome would affect the whole country so I don't see how any state could block him.

    States have rights but when it affects everyone I think this would be over-ridden.

      It's a shotgun approach, much like throwing stuff against
      the wall to see what sticks. If you throw a whole bunch
      you've got a better chance of something sticking.

        Seems like a sloppy technique. Thankfully, there is the gang of eight. I don't like rebels, but once in a while someone has to say no. Weirdos, queers, six yr. olds who don't know what they are (they're six yrs. old) and their parents who are weirdos are not our immediate concern. The gang of eight and the other gang might be the real political parties. Well, chicks who are from other countries maybe not.
