You cannot imagine how pissed I am.

I contacted a local flower shop to send flowers to a close friend that is hospitalized with serious problems. I asked if they delivered to the hospital they replied yes and what price level was I looking for. I replied $50 and I understood there were taxes and delivery charges. $75 was ok so I gave them my CC.

They charged me $150 ($75X twice)

This world is overcome with liars, cheats, mass murderers, queers, and trans low life trash.

Just my honest opinion... no longer allowed in the USA.

Talk to them. Explain that no one on Earth spends that much money on flowers except rich people and your not rich. Maybe it's just a typo. I would consider spending $75 on a floral expensive.
If I should die before I wake...great,a little more sleep.

Dispute the charge with the CC company.

The b!tch at the flower shop keeps insisting that it is a bank mistake. Impossible! What we have here is a 18 year old clerk that has never, ever, made a mistake!.

Contact them first and if no immediate satisfaction contact the credit card company and inform them of a possible fraudulent charge

I have talked to the flower shop 3 times. It is actually a debit card and my local bank are the ones that handles the transactions. I can pull up to the banks drive thru and there are 3 teller ladies that I am on a first name basis. I can ask for $5k in cash and all I would have to do is sign a tellers check, no ID required!

If I pressured them they would refund the second of the 2 transactions but the flower company got the money and they are the culprit here, not the bank.

$150 for a $50 arrangement. Biden would be so proud.
