How did this come about? Another thing about our country that I don't get. I don't get the unwavering welcoming of who knows who across the border and I don't get the shocking stance with Muslims. Yeah, I know, Jews have some kind of curse on them. I don't care. They (supposedly) killed one guy, get over it. All this Palestinian support is freaking me out.
The protests in the UK are scaring me away from ever going there.

The problem is that a photo of a bombed out building with a child being pulled out of the rubble has more emotional impact than the fact that Hamas was storing rockets in the building and that it was a legitimate target. In addition, it is clear that the west has let in vast numbers of people from the middle east who have brought their hatreds with them and have no intention of adopting our values.
