    Colorado's ballot ban is a travesty ...

    You can't punish someone for something they haven't done.
    Well, the democrats will if they don't agree with the law.
    In order to be denied his place on the ballot, he has to have
    been both charged and convicted, of what, Insurrection ?
    Neither has happened, nor is is likely to happen. The democrats
    would charge him in a nanosecond if they thought they could
    get away with it.

      Biden said when he heard Trump was gonna run for POTUS "Trump has to be stopped by any means"!! We have a dictatorship right here in the U.S.! It's being led by O'Bamma thru Biden. Barrak knows Biden is lame and advises him what to do. There may not ever be another Republican as POTUS again! If you think the 2024 election is going to be legit, then you are living in the 'good ol'days'. Don't be surprised when the transsexual Michell is put on the ballot.

          The Supreme Court will almost surely stay this. If they don't the Colorado Republican Party has said they'll choose their candidate by a caucus instead of a primary.

              The U.S. Supreme Court is not to be trusted! They may or may not vote against Colorado. Then the current dictator will do what he wants to do!

                  That's why sentence 2 is in my post. Actually they (the Court) don't have to do anything. All the "Rs" have to do is file an appeal and the whole thing is on hold and Trump stays on the ballot until the court makes a decision...whenever that is. The Court just gave Trump a win by refusing to expedite his case in D.C. which means no trial in March on the Jan. 6 stuff. It's another we'll hear it when we hear it decision. Smith filed that because he wanted a trial before the election, well that may still happen but its less likely.

                      Colorado SC just made sure CO will not go for Biden. And he just announced again no SS protection for Jr, so it's open season on him too.
                      Obama, being a good Moslem, doesn't understand "Sow the wind...".
