    No, I don't find it Heartbreaking ...

    seeing these people cold, hungry and without a bed.
    I wouldn't wish this on anybody, but these people
    came here uninvited, therefore illegally, so in my
    book their distress is self inflicted so don't look to
    me for sympathy cos you ain't gonna get it.

      This is what is called overpopulation.

      People starve out their own resources then simply flood into lands of responsible people who have fought for everything they have. Doesn't make much sense to try to better yourself does it?
