They can talk all they want about brain power. It is the grunt that takes on the enemy and occupies territory the enemy holds. The grunts I include are Army and Marines. The Air Force supports them as well as the Navy that is getting them to the area and provide shore support. As for the Colonel in the video, give "it" a rifle and see if "it" can talk the enemy to surrender due to the diverse superior intellect he/she may have. Maybe an AI computer can be used instead of a rifle.Peace is that brief glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading.
