Socialism: You have two cows. The government takes one, gives it to you neighbor, who knows nothing about animal husbandry. You end up taking care of it, the government berates you for having a bad attitude.
Communism. You have two cows. The government seizes both, arrests you as a kulak, a NEPman, an Enemy of the People. The drop in milk production is blamed on wreckers , counter-revolutionary elements, reactionaries, foreign agents.

Bidenomics: You have two cows. Due to skyrocketing inflation due to irresponsible government spending you can no longer afford to feed the cows. You try to give the milk and cows to the working people but they have no time to milk or butcher them due to working and paying taxes. You try to give the milk and cows to the non-working people but they get milk and meat free at the grocery stores thanks to the working people.
