I dropped out of the NRA back in the early 1990's. I was the president of a county gun club. I worked my ass off and set up two NRA banquets and got another county club to have the same kind of money gathering. They sold tickets for a drawing on za 4WD Chevrolet pick up.

Between my two dinners and the one I started, collected $50,000 for the NRA.

It was 2:00AM on a work day when I got a call from the regional NRA guy telling me I wasn't doing enough!

Now, because I once gave the Trump campaign $100, I get a daily dozen requests from Trump asking for more money!

Screw the NRA! Screw Trump. Both of them have spent more money accusing me of not doing enough.

I belong to the NRA thru an endowment subscription. I get their magazine, American Rifleman, every month for free for life. My Grandson enjoys the magazine too.

NO!! I dealt with this nut for three years! No matter what I did, no matter how much I contributed in both time and money it was NEVER enough. Same as Trump is today. They spend 90% of the dollars workers and common people have contributed, gigging them for not having given enough!.

I will vote for Trump again but wish there were somebody else that would be better. Only 2 times I have voted for a Republican candidate (Reagan) all my other votes were against the Democrat.

That's what I thought. A call at 2:00 a.m. I've gotten calls from drunk friends at that hr. but not from real companies. If they called at elevyn I set them straight.
