Is it my imagination as to what i believe I see. Biden has hardly taken any questions after his speeches or encounters with the "press." However on the few that he does, it seems to me that after the reporters asks the question, he is looking down and reading the answers. Getting out the "message" that those with power or influence, want out there for the public to hear, with the cooperation of the "press."

Yeah, it is well known 'Ol Joe has 'cheat sheets'. "pause" -
Even when reading prepared responses from his notes or off a teleprompter, he still manages to screw things up. The guy is an absolute train wreck and a total embarrassment.
