Makes you wonder how someone like this can rise in the ranks in the first place.

He's already retired so a court martial may be out of the question and would only end his retirement benefits anyway.

Biden wasted no time giving him a pardon but unless he's already been convicted of a crime (like biden's son) a pardon won't stick. AFAIK Milley has not been convicted yet. Am I wrong?

Milley reminds me so much of the officers we had in 'Nam. All looking for easy glory with no experience in the bush.
