Final words on DEI

DEI, diversity and quota's never should have happened. Those who were deprived of benefits, promotions, and/or job opportunities should have legal rights.

I can only hope that the Government of Canada follows this example. I was a federal civil servant and know with 100% certainty that I was denied a critical promotion that even the Assistant Deputy Minister (like an Assistant Secretary in the US civil service, I think) said that I deserved. He also said that he was saving that promotion for someone from a targeted group. Sure enough, when I left, one of my two functions was filled with a female from that group who was, within weeks given the promotion. DEI= Destroys Every Incentive
