Instead of trying to remove the illegals from Minnesota why not given them amnesty if the illegals maintain residence in the city. Leave the city, run the risk of deportation. Overload the city with people needing housing and restrict who can receive federal aid.

What lives in Minnesota does not STAY in Minnesota.

Same for NYC, all of CA, and everywhere else.

Living in AL I see a lot of that coming from FL. People move there, look around a little and head to AL.

Do agree with the government assistance though. Welfare, except in extreme isolated cases should be eliminated.

And to further my 2 cents worth: No one who has entered our country illegally should ever be granted amnesty/citizenship.
