Our wonderful governor Abigail Spanburglar has aurthorized the outlawing of assault weapens in the state of Virginia.

well, the jury is still out, or exactly what is what,

not just AR's, any Centerfire Semi Auto that has a threaded barrel, OR 15+ round mag, OR collapsible or folding stock,

so, an AR with a non threaded barrel, 10 round mag, and a A1 or A2 stock, should still be legal,

poorly written by idiots that don't know what is what,

even a M1 Carbine, in a paratrooper stock, is an Assault Rifle by defination, yet the standard one is not (as long as it has the 15 round mag)


curious how long the stupidity will last before or if a court strikes it down
