I was there today. Haven't had a problem. Try this link:
A family friendly forum community dedicated to rimfire firearm owners and enthusiasts. Come join the discussion of all manner of rimfire pistols, rifles, optics, ammo, gunsmithing, customization, reviews, hunting, accessories, classifieds, and more!

It works for me. You haven't changed your internet settings?
      Made them more secure ?

Not that I know of, have had some "updates", automatic. Don't know much about that stuff! Your link did not work either. I have satalite hook-up, faster then dial-up but that site was always slower then others, such as Jouster. Thanks for answer.

Go there every day. No problems. I am thinking problem with your computer. Try typing in the name in search function rather than using your favorites list if that is how you normaly access it. Good site.

Sounds like your internet provider might have a "black list."
It's not unheard of. Let us know what you find out.
