Help with ID of M1922 M1 22 caliber scope base.

Before listing this M1922 M1 NRA sales rifle for sale, I am hoping someone will know who made this side mount scope base so that I can include it in the description. first thought warner swasey or Griffen and Howe, both are somewhat similar,, but different ,,,


Belding and Mull made some scopes of that vintage, but the one's I had, and can find on the net, did not use a side mount,
