Iver Johnsoon US carbine .22 cal need some help

Does anyone have experience with the internals of this rifle? I'm especially interested in the fitting of the sear release plate and sear. This rifle was neglected and almost like it was submerged in power residue and gunk. With everything cleaned the parts don't want to fit back together.
    Any help would be appreciated.

This rifle is one designed and built by ERMA in Germany. If you look under gun parts Numerich for ERMA you can find a schematic for it. Best I can do for you.

Thanks. I have that. Having a devil of a time getting the sear release plate and the sear to cooperate. I get the thing back together and it will not fire. Everything appears to be in the right place, seems to function fine until it's back together but apparently I'm missing something.
Forgot, no "extra" parts laying around either.
      Update:
Finally got the thing to operate on the bench, all seemed fine. Tested it with 2 rounds and now I have a sear problem, if you know what I mean. Probably have to find a smith for this thing. This one's got me stumped.
