Hi-Standard sight

What are the chances of finding a Hi-Standard rear sight for an older HD mil pistol?? TIA

Although that rear sight might work, my 4" has a different sight that's adjustable. Could end up being several OEM types out there. Mine dates to 1947.

Item #46 , adjustable rear sight for HD military. There is no pict . , but # 47 is the base alone which I think is the type you seek.
